In our experience, lots of seniors and middle-aged Floridians have tried (and enjoyed) eFoiling all around our local waters. That being said, here are a few considerations you should ponder before setting feet on an eFoil.

eFoiling at 65+

Generally, age does not prevent folks from attempting this novel sport, provided you have suitable mobility and fitness. For the most part, age doesn’t stop people as much as poor balance or serious health issues.

Who shouldn’t try eFoiling?

• Those who would need swimming lessons first.
• Persons with heart conditions or permanent disabilities
• Anyone with a persistent fear of the water
